Malu Rydfors has a Master’s of Science degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in San Jose, CA. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. She is licensed as an acupuncturist, herbalist and primary care giver by both the State Board of California and the National Certification Commission of Alternative & Oriental Medicine. Malu takes a holistic and integrative approach to health and works in concert with Western medical practitioners to provide comprehensive care to her patients. Her specialty lies in Women’s Health, particularly issues relating to emotional wellness, menstrual irregularities, PMS, hormonal imbalance, pre and post birth balancing and fertility enhancement for both women and men. She also has a deep interest in low carb/ketogenic diets which she incoroporates in her Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment plans to reduce Insulin resistance and chronic Inflammation for Infertilty and miscarriage prevention.
